In this role, you will drive the growth of our locations, as our goal is a European network of 1,000 fast charging stations on prime locations. Our stations provide fast, seamless charging experiences, allowing drivers to charge their EVs in minutes, not hours. As a leading provider of ultra-fast charging, we’re focused on delivering exceptional service and innovation to accelerate the transition to electric mobility, and it all starts with securing the best locations! We’re looking for an Expansion Manager to help us find and secure top-tier charging locations along the main corridors and cities of central and Southern Spain, to strengthen our connection with our network in the rest of Europe and solidify our position as the go-to charging provider in Spain and Europe!

As an Expansion Manager, you’ll focus on securing prime real estate in high-traffic areas, ensuring our stations are visible, accessible, and built for long-term success. You’ll work closely with landowners, developers, and retailers to forge strategic partnerships, helping Fastned solidify its position as the leading charging network in the region. To secure the best locations, we expect you to implement a strong network development plan. You will be responsible to shape your own network and expansion efforts, and to think strategically on how you approach the various stakeholders in- and outside of your network. Working as part of a dynamic, international team, you’ll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. You'll become an expert in the future of e-mobility and charging infrastructure, collaborating with subject matter experts to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence. Don't worry, your onboarding will include "masterclasses" on e-mobility and fast-charging, so you'll be ready to hit the ground running and shape the future of mobility by bringing essential charging infrastructure to key locations. This role is based in Spain, where you’ll join a fun, diverse team spread across Europe.
