In this role, you will drive the growth of our locations in Denmark, as our goal is a European network of 1,000 fast charging stations on prime locations. Fastned is a fast growing, listed scaleup company and is currently active in nine countries. We’re looking for a Senior Expansion Manager to help us find and secure top-tier charging locations in Denmark , strengthening Fastned’s position as the go-to charging provider in Denmark and Europe! We stand out from other charge point operators with our high-power charging, drive-through model, and commitment to super-reliable infrastructure. Our stations provide fast, seamless charging experiences, allowing drivers to charge their EVs in minutes, not hours. As a Senior Expansion Manager, you’ll focus on securing prime real estate in high-traffic areas, ensuring our stations are visible, accessible, and built for long-term success. This role is based in Copenhagen, where you’ll join a fun, diverse team spread across Europe. In concrete terms, you will… • Work closely with landowners, developers, and retailers to build strategic partnerships and strengthen Fastned’s position as the leading charging network in the region.

• Identify, negotiate and acquire prime locations with landowners, local authorities or other external commercial parties

• Develop and execute a robust network development plan to secure the best locations. You will shape your own network and expansion strategy, taking a strategic and tailored approach to stakeholders both within and beyond your network.

• Working as part of a dynamic, international team, you’ll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work cross-functionally with design, planning, construction, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from signed agreement through to live station.

• Together with our Country Lead DK you bring creative, outside-the-box thinking to how we structure partnerships and unlock sites that others cannot

• You'll become an expert in the future of e-mobility and charging infrastructure, collaborating with subject matter experts to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a strong networker and negotiator while also being a strong team player to work collaboratively with our internal teams in DK and Europe. Additionally, you bring the following: • 5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant commercial role, preferably in a comparable industry

• Previous experience in expansion or real estate, with a strong desire to deepen expertise

• Strong contract knowledge (commercial, planning, and legal aspects)

• Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen

• Proven negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with both governmental bodies and private landowners

• Danish language skills on a native level and English language skills on a fluent business level

• Willingness to travel regularly within Denmark and occasionally throughout Europe

• A natural curiosity and passion for learning and taking on new challenges

• A strong motivation to accelerate the energy transition

• Driving license

Nice to Have • An existing network of key private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers energy, infrastructure, transport, or e-mobility sectors within Denmark
