Our vision is to create autonomy that propels the world forward. Our intelligent, mapless, and hardware-agnostic AI products are designed for automakers, accelerating the transition from assisted to automated driving.

• Safely monitor autonomous driving systems during on-road testing and intervene whenever required.

• Provide structured operational feedback to engineers and research teams to help improve AI driving performance.

• Support data collection and validation activities that contribute to the training and improvement of Wayve’s AI systems.

• Maintain high operational and safety standards while accurately reporting vehicle, testing, or safety-related issues.

About you

We’re looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, operationally disciplined, curious about technology, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Essential:

• Full clean Japanese driving licence for a minimum of 5 years.

• Strong driving experience in Japan and confidence operating in complex urban environments.

• No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years.

• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Happy to work alone and equally happy working within a team
