Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for editing, analyzing, and managing high-quality reports focused on the e-bike and bicycle industry. You will work collaboratively with writers, researchers, and industry experts to ensure our publications maintain the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and relevance. The ideal candidate will combine strong editorial expertise with a deep understanding of the cycling industry and a passion for delivering compelling, well-researched content. • Edit and review e-bike and bicycle industry reports for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards • Conduct thorough research on e-bike and bicycle market trends, technologies, innovations, and industry developments • Analyze technical specifications, data, and statistics to verify accuracy and relevance within report content • Collaborate with writers, researchers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine report content • Maintain and enforce editorial guidelines, style standards, and brand voice across all publications • Manage editorial timelines, publication schedules, and project workflows to ensure timely delivery • Fact-check industry information, claims, and data sources to uphold publication credibility • Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content planning documentation • Provide constructive feedback and revision recommendations to content contributors • Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and developments within the e-bike and bicycle industry • Optimize content for clarity and reader engagement while maintaining technical accuracy
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional editorial, content editing, or report editing experience • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of the e-bike and bicycle industry, market dynamics, and product categories • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency with editorial management tools, software, and content management systems (CMS) • Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking abilities • Solid understanding of AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style, or similar editorial standards • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards • Preferred: Experience with technical or specialized report editing • Preferred: Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital publishing platforms • Preferred: Knowledge of cycling industry terminology, standards, and regulatory requirements • Preferred: Project management or editorial coordination experience • Hybrid work arrangement may differ depending on affiliate country, should be amenable to be onsite for 2 to 6 months.
