What you'll do • Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure), delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
• Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and share insights with hiring managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadence
