The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the Homes supply, onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements. Through reliable delivery of key performance metrics and a growing understanding of domain knowledge, this role will support informed decision-making and consistent operational execution. By assisting with operational workstreams, flagging opportunities for workflow improvements, the role will contribute to continuous improvement and the overall success of the program.

A Typical Day:

As a member of the Operations team, you will apply foundational principles, practices, and methodologies within your designated focus area, developing expertise across a range of workflows. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and hands-on experience to support efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.

• Review, qualify, and enrich global supply leads from multiple sources to support Airbnb's supply growth.

• Resolve complex lead qualification cases and provide guidance using sound business judgment.

• Serve as an SME/SPOC for assigned supply verticals, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Mentor new hires and support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration.

• Analyze data, prepare reports, and leverage Salesforce to support business decisions.

• Consistently deliver high accuracy, productivity, and quality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Supports ad hoc projects based on business needs, with roles and responsibilities aligned to specific project requirements.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or relevant field.

• Ability to interpret and apply policies, QA standards, and operational guidelines.

• Quick learner, ability to absorb training on new tools and processes.

• Agile and adaptive thinker with the ability to respond to evolving business needs.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach and action-oriented mindset.

• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is inclusive of allowances and is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentives, one or more equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

India Annual Pay Range ₹670,000 — ₹840,000 INR
