Salary Range: PLN 260,400 - 352,200

Help make Graphcore’s AI accelerators feel native inside modern Kubernetes environments.

As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will lead software that enables new AI accelerator hardware within Kubernetes. You will build Go applications that make complex hardware simple to deploy, manage and operate.

Your work will help engineering teams integrate new hardware into existing clusters with a smooth Kubernetes experience. You will shape how users interact with Graphcore technology in cloud-native environments.

You will design, build, test and maintain production-quality software, while guiding engineers through complex technical decisions. You will also help strengthen documentation, code quality and delivery standards.

This role sits close to hardware, orchestration and cloud infrastructure. It offers rare ownership over software that connects AI compute with the systems used to run it.

The team and culture

You will work with engineers across cloud software, hardware, platform and infrastructure. The team turns complex integration problems into practical software that users can trust.

Work happens through clear technical ownership, direct communication and fast feedback. You will be expected to lead by example, mentor others and raise the quality bar.

Decisions are guided by evidence, engineering judgement and open discussion. You will have space to speak up, take responsibility and move important work forward.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in software development, ideally with cloud environments or infrastructure platforms

• Proficiency in Go, with the ability to design, build and maintain reliable applications

• Deep Kubernetes experience, including container orchestration and cloud-native development

• Strong Linux knowledge and confid
