Job Description ead and drive Sales in Egypt, with a strong focus on Testing, Inspection and Auditing. The role is accountable for achieving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Commercial Leadership & Performance • Lead and manage all sales, sales support, and marketing functions to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and sales targets aligned with business strategy. • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance. 2. Market Development & Growth • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions. • Contribute to portfolio expansion by supporting development of new services and certification schemes. 3. Sales Execution & Customer Engagement • Ensure high-quality handling of client inquiries, proposals, tenders, and contracts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Engage clients at all levels. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with technical, operational, and delivery teams to ensure: • Feasibility and alignment of proposed services • Smooth execution of projects • Work closely with Business Manager and leadership on strategic initiatives and growth plans. 5. Service Innovation & Development • Support management in designing and launching new certification schemes and services aligned with market needs. • Monitor global trends in sustainability standards and digital assurance frameworks.
Requirements
5-7 Years Expereince in Agriculture or Minerals. Food & Beverage Auditing & Inspection background is a plus.
Additional Information Flexibility to travel relatively frequently inside Egypt
