Job Description Sales Administration & Support • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of all assigned tasks. • Process and manage sales orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate customer account records. • Maintain and update customer database with current and accurate client information and sales data. • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decision-making. • Support lead generation activities, conduct customer follow-ups, and respond to customer web inquiries in a timely manner. Marketing & Promotional Support • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales promotions. • Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and product brochures. • Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, and client meetings. • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media updates and email campaign distribution. Administrative Operations • Arrange and book flights and hotel accommodations for expatriate staff, laboratory inspectors, and sales team members. • Process purchase orders and purchase requisitions in the GE system for procurement of consumables and tools for laboratory and research facilities. • Coordinate meeting room bookings, arrange tea breaks, and manage restaurant bookings and meal preparations for team events and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 1+ years of experience in sales administration, contract management, or marketing. • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems of TIC company • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Marketing design tools Additional Information Company Description SGS is the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company — the global benchmark for quality and integrity.
