Job description
Join Quantexa’s Global Alliances team at the forefront of strategic growth. We’re the team responsible for forging and accelerating relationships with the world’s leading consulting and technology firms—so we can drive the adoption of innovative AI and Decision Intelligence solutions into global markets. This is where big-picture strategy meets hands-on impact. If you’re looking to work on complex, high-value challenges with some of the best minds in enterprise tech, this role is your platform for influence and career growth. What you’ll be doing. • Own and lead the global strategic relationships with named technology platform partners, acting as the primary orchestrator across all touchpoints—from C-suite alignment to field-level co-sell execution.
• Build the programmatic partnership foundation: design and implement joint Annual Operating Plans, governance cadences (QBRs, pipeline reviews, exec syncs), and a quantitative scorecard for each partner so both sides know exactly where they stand and what’s needed to move the needle.
• Drive joint go-to-market motions—co-sell plays, field engagement programmes, and demand generation campaigns—that generate qualified pipeline and grow both partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Identify and co-develop joint value propositions that combine Quantexa’s platform strengths with each partner’s technology and industry priorities; own the joint narrative for field teams on both sides.
• Lead the development of joint solutions, reference architectures, marketplace listings, and funding programs; work with Product and Engineering to manage integration roadmaps and co-innovation initiatives that create durable, differentiated offerings.
• Own partner enablement in both directions to ensure partner field teams can articulate Quantexa’s platform, and that Quantexa’s sales organisation understands partner capabilities, co-sell incentives, and programme mechanics (MDF, marketplace listings, certification tracks).
• Act as Quantexa’s internal champion for these partners, bringing partner roadmap inputs, ecosystem priorities, and field intelligence into Product, Marketing, and Sales conversations.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing to align resources behind partnership priorities and bring repeatable, scalable offerings to market.
• Technical Curiosity and Technical Competence. The candidate must be "technically curious" and possess enough technical competence to understand complex ecosystem products.
• Acting as the first gate for technical partnerships. Look at a partner's product/offering, immediately grasp how it aligns with Quantexa's go-to-market strategy, and determine its potential impact on Quantexa's product roadmap. 4. Dynamic Alliance Evolution (Over Static Administration) • What to add: While a background in major cloud ecosystems (like AWS or Microsoft Azure) is preferred, the spec must filter out passive "program managers" who simply run established playbooks. The profile must highlight a dynamic capability to actively grow and evolve partnerships rather than just maintaining them.
What you’ll bring • A strong track record of managing strategic technology partnerships—ideally with major ISV, cloud, data, or AI platform vendors—with demonstrated success building governance frameworks and programmatic operating models, not just managing relationships.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking—you’re as comfortable defining partner scorecards and KPI frameworks as you are co-selling into complex enterprise accounts and negotiating commercial terms.
• Technical credibility: sufficient fluency in cloud, data, and AI platforms to engage productively with partner product and solutions teams and to drive joint solution development—you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to be credible in the room.
• Experience navigating partner programme mechanics—co-sell incentives, MDF allocation, marketplace listings, certification tracks—and using them to accelerate partnership value.
• Execution mindset: proven ability to align stakeholders at every level—C-suite to individual contributor—across both internal and partner organisations, and to deliver results in a matrixed environment.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills that allow you to influence and engage from the boardroom to the field, with strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Curiosity, humility, and ambition—you’re excited by complex challenges and see collaboration as your greatest tool
• Proven ability to act as a two-way translator. You must bridge the gap between the commercial partnership model and technical product realities, feeding partner feedback directly back to internal Product, R&D, and Solution Engineering teams
