Your impact: You will be the strategic bridge who translates business needs into reliable IT solutions. Together with a skilled team of 3 IT Engineers, you will plan and set the future tracks of our IT infrastructure and collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment. In this role, you will support the people behind Channable; your mission is to maintain our internal workspace and assist our employees; it does not involve supporting our clients. What you bring to the team: • You’re fluent in the English language as well as "business" to "tech" and can translate vice versa

• You have at least 5+ years of experience within the area of IT and at least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role

• You have deep knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Solid coordination, communication, and crisis management skills

• Good understanding of common Security & Compliance practices

What you will do: • Plan, delegate, and prioritize our general IT workload

• Mentor and coach team members, providing performance feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development and skill building

• Dive into technical challenges alongside the team

• Keep a good overview of our automations and make sure information is well documented

• Support & plan the rollout of new tools, devices, and processes, ensuring smooth adoption by our end-users

• Liaise on issues with large(r) impact with team members, departments, and stakeholders

• Planning and reviewing OKRs

• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts meet organizational needs and cost objectives

What do we offer? • Gross monthly salary ranging from € 5.000 - € 6.000 based on a 40-hour work week. The salary is determined based on your experience.
