Job description
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean the crops. Hand harvesting vegetables. Pick row and orchard crops. Clean work area. Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry. Type of crops: Mushrooms. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Experience: No experience (will train). Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
