Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Hire and train staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Organize greenhouse and nursery operations. Supervision: 16-20 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel.
