职位描述
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Harvest seedlings. Soil fertility programs. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Cut horticultural crops. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
