Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Rural area. Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Train workers in duties and policies. Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment. Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs. Organize and maintain inventory.
