What you’ll do
Responsibilities
• Build and enhance all aspects of our global corporate cash investment program, including strategies, policies and systems/operations, performance and risk metrics;
• Monitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developments;
• Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providers;
• Work with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities;
• Build observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield

• Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providers;
• Work with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities;
• Build observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield optimization;
• Identify capital markets system needs and work with the respective teams to build the required infrastructure;
• Support the Capital Markets team in executing complex projects by assuming project and cross-functional coordination responsibilities; and
• Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Capital Markets team long term roadmap.
Requirements
Minimum requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of experience in Capital Markets or Corporate Treasury of which, at least 5 years must be post bachelors, progressive experience.
Must also have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
• Investments, interest rate risk management, and global cash management;
• Fixed income, interest rate derivatives, FX, hedging strategies, and analyzing macroeconomic trends;
• Creating financial forecasts and models; and
• Experience in financial markets, FX or Fixed Income, in G10 or emerging markets.
5 years of experience in running deadline-oriented deals or projects, including planning, stakeholder management, operational best practices, and tracking results.
2 years of experience in Bloomberg Terminal.
Salary
This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.
40 hrs/week
50% Telecommuting permitted.
