Job description
Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Remove bones from meat. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Clean and maintain work space. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
