Job description
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Grind meats. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Screening questions: Are you available to start on the date listed in the job posting?. Do you have experience working in this field?.
