As a Brand Designer at ElevenLabs, you’ll help shape and evolve our visual identity across different products, platforms, and touchpoints. You’ll work across a broad range of projects, from campaigns, launches, and digital communications to events, merchandise, and physical brand experiences. This role goes beyond producing individual assets. You’ll develop strong visual concepts, translate them into flexible design systems and toolkits, and ensure they work consistently across formats and teams. You’ll join the Brand Design team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and other teams across the company. You will work closely with Nev Flynn and Marina Kondratenko from the Design Team, as well as members of the Growth Team and Operations Teams to support asset creation.

• Develop visual concepts and creative directions for product launches, campaigns, events, and other high-visibility projects.

• Evolve ElevenLabs’ visual identity and translate it into scalable design systems, toolkits, and guidelines.

• Design brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints, including social media, editorial content, presentations, web pages, events, merchandise, and print.

• Build flexible templates and tools that enable other teams to create consistent, high-quality communications.

• Art-direct imagery, illustration, typography, and other visual elements, working with internal teams and external partners when needed.

• Maintain a consistently high quality bar while finding thoughtful ways to experiment and push the brand forward.

• Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations teams from initial brief through final delivery and production.

• Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work.

• Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to have: • Experience working with tech or AI-focused companies.

• Knowledge of current design trends in the tech and AI space.

• Illustration skills for creating custom graphics and icons.

• Basic animation or motion graphics capabilities.
