About the team

Stripe's Product Sales, Money Management team helps businesses move, store, convert, spend and manage money at global scale. Our product suite spanning Connect, Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, and FX gives companies the infrastructure to build programmable fund flows, embed financial services into their platforms, and offer financing to their customers and sellers.

In APAC, the opportunity is enormous: a diverse, fast-growing region with complex cross-border payment challenges, rapidly expanding digital economies, and businesses hungry for the financial infrastructure to scale. We're building out the team in Singapore to capture that opportunity.

What you’ll do

As one of Stripe's first Money Management Account Executives in APAC, you'll have the opportunity to build something from the ground up. This is an IC role for someone who is energised by being an early hire defining how we sell the full Money management suite in the region, establishing relationships with some of APAC's most ambitious companies, and creating the playbook as you go. You'll develop pipeline across multiple high-growth markets and serve as a trusted partner to companies tackling complex financial infrastructure challenges from global platforms routing payouts to local gig workers, to fintechs embedding card issuance and treasury into their products.

• Own the full commercial cycle for Stripe's Money Management products including Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, and FX across a book of enterprise and strategic accounts in APAC

• Build and execute a territory plan across multiple APAC markets, developing pipeline through outbound prospecting, cross-sell motions, and Stripe's partner ecosystem

• Lead executive-level commercial conversations with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and product leaders acting as a strategic partner on their money management and embedded finance strategy

• Navigate complex, multi-product deals across diverse regulatory and market environments, collaborating with Solutions Architecture, Legal, Compliance, and product teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, driving both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts

• Develop deep knowledge of the APAC competitive landscape across each Money Management product to win in contested deals

• Synthesize customer and market feedback and bring insights back to Stripe's product, marketing, and GTM teams to shape regional strategy

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience at a technology or fintech company, with a consistent track record of top performance

• Demonstrated experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or fintech products to large enterprise or platform customers

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and lead commercial negotiations, including bespoke deal structures

• Experience managing a multi-country territory and navigating deals across varying regulatory and business environments

• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and communicate complex solutions

• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore; comfortable with regional travel across APAC markets

• Growth mindset with experience in fast moving startups

• High professional fluency in Mandarin and English, as the role involves working with users within the Greater China region and other ASEAN markets

• Experience selling across multiple APAC markets with knowledge of the regional payments and fintech landscape

• Familiarity with money management products such as payouts infrastructure, card issuing, embedded banking, or business lending

• Background working with or selling to platforms, marketplaces, fintechs, or digital economy companies

• Experience working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Legal, and Compliance on technically sophisticated deals
